Thomas Jefferson first used the phrase “potatoes served in the French manner” way back in 1802 at a White House dinner party. Most people agree that French Fries are not French at all; they are Belgian. But to be honest, we don’t really care where they came from. We are just happy they ended up in America and that Americans seem to love them as much as we do. In fact, they love them so much that it is estimated that the average American eats almost 30lbs of French Fries a year!

Cheddar Cheese Fries??? – Fries topped with shredded Cheddar & homemade cheese sauce made with sharp Cheddar, Velveeta™ and spices. You can even add bacon!

Green Chili Fries??? – A platter of fries topped with our homemade seasoned pork green chili, grated Cheddar, fresh jalapeños and grilled onions.

Elvis Fries??? – The King’s favorite fries, smothered in sausage gravy & Cheddar cheese.
